Now where was I? Oh yes. It breaks my heart to think of how this world has stolen you all away from your families. So many of you must feel very alone. Even with the families you've made here there really is no substitute is there?

Years of pain and suffering have put a shield around your heart to protect it...and that's both sad and important. It hurts me to think that you have so much trouble letting down that shield knowing what pain you've endured that put it there.
